Ask HN: "Guest poster" trying to advertise on my site, what should I charge?

I run fiction.live, which is a pretty successful website but hemorrhaging money. I really need some income. Also looking for co-founders. I get emails from 2-3 unknown people per week asking to "guest post" articles on my website. I have no idea how to respond to them. Any advice? Sample email: Good day! Are you looking for contributors to write for your website right now? If so, I’d love to send some good-quality content your way. Please, let me know if you are interested and what conditions I should meet for posting on your site? - Which link can I add: Dofollow or Nofollow? How many links can be placed in an article? How much should I pay for an additional link? - Will the post be tagged "sponsored"? - How long can a publication be posted? - What language should the article be written in? - Now I'm looking for sites to post an article on a general topic. But I’ll ask in the future, can you offer link insertion or post articles on the topic of casino /gambling/crypto/loans? What is the price ?-- What should I say? If I allow perma follow links would that hurt my Google ratings?
