What are your favorite benefits you have negotiated other than salary/equity?

I'm wrapping up an interview process and expecting an offer shortly. I think they will come in close to my desired range, so I'm interested in out-of-the-box benefits I might not ever have thought to ask for. The role (and the company) is already remote (my strong preference) with "unlimited" PTO, and I'm short on creative ideas!
