Google is going to delete inactive Gmail accounts, so we need to log in by Dec 1, 2023, to prevent the deletion. Have the correct pass to log into the account but Gmail says it does not recognize the device or location. People move. People change devices. That should be taken into account. Hoping for someone responsible at Google who can start allowing people to access their Gmail account when the correct password is given. Thanks. When the correct pass is presented, an essential service should not be blocking people from access to their data, especially when it starts adding a new policy to delete inactive accounts. Blocking people from logging in with a correct pass while adding a new policy of deletion of inactive accounts is a violation of the agreement during sign up of password for access, and can be considered negligent.
