Ask HN: Cloudflare apparently down, but I don't notice

According to their status page and various submissions to HN during the last >= 24 hours, Cloudflare's "brain" is down and this causes lots of trouble. Yet, I didn't notice any trouble at all. All of the sites I regularly visit load as fast / as slow as ever, I didn't experience any degraded experience at all yet. What am I missing?
