I was doing freelancing before. Now registered my agency. But the problem is I don't know how to negotiate for the development cost. I work on WordPress sites. Here in India, Small business don't pay much for website. Last project I worked for $200 USD. Major problem for me is. There are many agencies doing website development work for less than $100. So people are attracted by them. May be I'm targeting the wrong people or don't know how to negotiate. Any tips for me? Or point me what I'm doing wrong.
