Received a wrong grocery item via amazon store. It now says grocery items are excluded from opening a return or refund ticket and the contact us option goes back to the main help search page. Appears now you have no recourse for amazon mistakes with their automated support. Contact Us just takes you back to the support search page.. https://ift.tt/biJHGrW
