I am a PM, who used to code over a decade back and have not kept in touch with the evolving tech stack. I have an idea that I want to POC. Help!!! I want a simple website, iOS and Android app which allows invite only access, registration, login, a form, view progress and ability to send notifications on email to begin with Ideally want a common front end that could be web based (web app, pwa?) and a simple backend I want to do this myself. I used to be a dev but that was eons ago :( Where do I start?
