So every now and then I contemplate on quitting social media apps like Instagram and others because of time I spend on them. But I get this thought that am I weak (mind) in way that I am unable to control myself to spend moderate time on these things instead I am accepting defeat and quitting the platform all together . Does anyone feel like this or people who quit did you do that because you were unable to stop yourself ?
