Software Engineers in Australia are cheap, and of good quality ($100k for good senior dev as opposed to $300 in the US). Australia is one of the best countries in APAC attracting talents from Singapore, New Zealand, Malaysia, India and China. Really hope more interesting tech companies can open office in Australia. It's a good deal! If you can open office in Melbourne it will be the best :) Just me dreaming about working for good companies in this corner of the world.
