Inspired by the recent thread about Amazon solving its supply chain shortage, I've thought about how important it is to manage logistics. Wether you're a CEO of a huge company or a general leading an army, you need to be super organized and efficient in order to succeed. I was wondering if there are any books that I can read to have a deeper understanding of the work involved in logistics, or how - if you're Bezos/Musk/Napoleon - can you manage to be so organized to lead so many people in order to achieve a common goal?
