I can’t read faces anymore. I did not realize how much I relied on ‘face reading’ not just to make quick character judgements but also for lie detection, trust level factoring and just overall evaluation. I don’t know if I am alone in this or if others are also struggling with masked interactions? Especially for first meetings.
